At CVSKL, we take matters of the heart with heart, and that also means giving back to the community where we can. Being a Centre of Excellence for cardiac and vascular treatments, major surgeries such as coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and treatment for aortic aneurysms require blood bags from Pusat Darah Negara Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. That’s why we regularly organise blood donation drives to help replenish the blood supply at the National Blood Bank.
