Job Summary

To function alongside management to manage the daily administrative, finance and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain daily operations & management account for the Foundation.
  • To prepare meeting invitations and record meeting minutes in an organised manner.
  • To perform investigations/visits to beneficiaries under CVSKL Foundation and ensure the information given is true and accurate.
  • To provide administrative support for the Foundation’s events.
  • To complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
