Executive, Admin & Finance
To function alongside management to manage the daily administrative, finance and accounting tasks.
- To maintain daily operations & management account for the Foundation.
- To prepare meeting invitations and record meeting minutes in an organised manner.
- To perform investigations/visits to beneficiaries under CVSKL Foundation and ensure the information given is true and accurate.
- To provide administrative support for the Foundation’s events.
- To complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
