Responsibilities

• Supervise outpatient department staff, including Junior Staff Nurse, Clinic Assistant, and Hospital Aide.
• Assist consultant during clinic hours, chaperone patients, and execute orders.
• Manage admission documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee clinical stock, perform inventory checks, and maintain efficient stock levels.
• Monitor appointment bookings, collect patient feedback, and ensure department readiness for daily operations.
