- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
- Advance appointment required; walk-ins are subject to availability.
- A 6% SST applies to non-Malaysian citizens purchasing packages online.
- Package is non-refundable once purchased. However, if the doctor determines you are unfit for vaccination, the bill may be offset on a case-by-case basis

Note: You’ll be automatically directed to the “Log In” page at checkout. You can register using Facebook or Gmail.
I did not receive any appointment confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your email inbox. The email may also be in your “Junk” or “Spam” folder.
Ensure that you’ve entered the correct email address. If the issue persists, contact us at cvskl.hs@cvskl.com.

Please ensure your debit or credit card is activated and authorised for online payments. For assistance, contact your bank directly.

What are the payment methods available to perform a transaction?
Several payment methods are available to perform transactions on our website. Below is a list of available payment methods:

预约日当天需带什么文件？
On your appointment day, the following documents are required:
- Identification Card (NRIC) or Passport.
- Digital receipt of your online purchase or transaction number.
How would I know my appointment has been confirmed?
Once you’ve selected your preferred date and purchased a package through our online booking system, you’ll receive a confirmation email from appointment@cvskl.com.
Our team will contact you within three (3) working days to confirm your appointment date and time, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Last-minute rescheduling (1–2 days before the appointment) may not allow you to secure a nearby date. Please notify the team as early as possible.
