A couple of weeks ago, we hosted a few doctors for a durian masterclass, followed by a durian feast – no prizes for guessing which one they were more excited about! Abby from Sinnaco durian explained about the different types of durian and the defining characteristics of each. We were also lucky to secure some Black Thorn durian, said to be more premium than Musang King! For the non-durian eaters, there was plenty of longan to go around 😅
