Planning a visit to a loved one at CVSKL? This guide is here to help! We at CVSKL are committed to providing exceptional care to both patients and their families.
To create a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask patients, visitors, and their loved ones to treat each other with courtesy. For the safety of all, please follow the visitor guidelines below.

- A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed at one time.
- It is compulsory to wear a face mask at all times while visiting the wards.
- The hospital only allows one (1) caregiver to accompany the patient in wards.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit patients in wards.

Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed

Sunday & Public Holiday: 8.00 am – 3.00 pm (coffee counter only)
Gift Restriction and Guidelines
- To ensure patient safety, we kindly ask that fresh atau dried flowers dan potted plants are not brought to patient care areas. These items can harbour microscopic organisms that could potentially increase a patient’s risk of infection.
- If you have already arranged fresh or dried flowers and potted plants for our patients, they will be placed at customer service until collected by the patient or their caregivers to bring home.
- We happily welcome fruit baskets for patients! Visitors may deliver fruit baskets to patients in the inpatient section, but delivery professionals are not permitted to enter. Fruit baskets by delivery professionals will be sent to patients by our customer service team.
