Please check your email inbox. The email may also be in your “Junk” or “Spam” folder.

What are the payment methods available to perform a transaction?

Dokumen apa saja yang perlu dibawa pada hari janji temu saya?
On your appointment day, the following documents are required:
- Identification Card (NRIC) or Passport.
- Digital receipt of your online purchase or transaction number.
How would I know my appointment has been confirmed?
Once you’ve selected your preferred date and purchased a health screening package through our online booking system, you’ll receive a confirmation email from appointment@cvskl.com.
Our team will contact you within three (3) working days to confirm your appointment date and time, subject to availability.
Do I need to fast before my health screening?
Please fast for at least 4 hours before your appointment. Plain water is allowed.
Can I request for add-on tests during my health screening?
We recommend consulting our specialist during your health screening before purchasing any add-on tests to ensure they are suitable for your health needs.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Last-minute rescheduling (1–2 days before the appointment) may not allow you to secure a nearby date. Please notify the team as early as possible.
What should I do if the health screening package I want isn’t available online?
