- A 6% SST applies to non-Malaysian citizens purchasing packages online.
- Package is non-refundable once purchased. However, if the doctor determines you are unfit for vaccination, the bill may be offset on a case-by-case basis

Do I need to create an account to purchase?
Yes, you’ll need to create an account to purchase any packages.
Simply go to the “Log In” section at the top bar (person-shaped icon).
Note: You’ll be automatically directed to the “Log In” page at checkout. You can register using Facebook or Gmail.
I did not receive any appointment confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your email inbox. The email may also be in your “Junk” or “Spam” folder.

Once you’ve selected your preferred date and purchased a package through our online booking system, you’ll receive a confirmation email from appointment@cvskl.com.
Our team will contact you within three (3) working days to confirm your appointment date and time, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Last-minute rescheduling (1–2 days before the appointment) may not allow you to secure a nearby date. Please notify the team as early as possible.
