Our vascular screening package provides a comprehensive assessment of your vascular health, including the tests below:
- Carotid Artery Ultrasound – An ultrasound scan to assess your risk of having a stroke. This test can detect plaque that causes narrowing and occlusion of the carotid arteries that supply blood to the brain.
- Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound – An ultrasound scan to screen for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). This test can detect any enlargement of the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries, the main blood vessels that carry blood away from the heart.
- Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) – A test that calculates the blood pressure ratio of the arms and ankles to diagnose peripheral artery disease (PAD) of the legs.

- The package includes the doctor’s reporting fee. If any abnormalities are detected in your test results, you will have the option to add a consultation with our vascular & endovascular surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
- Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST, to be paid at the counter.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?
A: All transactions performed are strictly non-refundable. If you require further assistance, please contact us at appointment@cvskl.com.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
A: Yes. In order to purchase any health screening package, you must create an account. You may easily create your account with CVSKL under the “Log In” section at the top bar. The icon is shaped like a person.
*Note that you will be automatically directed to the “Log In” page when you are about to proceed to the payment process on the “Checkout” page. You can log in via Facebook or Gmail to register
I did not receive any emails from the website, what should I do?
A: Kindly ensure to check your inbox in your email. Most commonly the email might be transferred to the “Junk” or “Spam” folder/section in your email.

A: Please try to ensure that your debit/credit card is activated and authorised for online payment. You may try to contact your preferred bank for any information regarding this issue.

When would I know the confirmation on my appointment?
A: After you select your preferred date of appointment and purchase your desired health screening package via our online booking system, you will receive a confirmation email from appointment@cvskl.com.
Our team will contact you within three (3) working days to confirm your booking date and slot based on availability.
Do I need to fast prior to my health screening?
A: Please fast for at least 6 hours before health screening tests. Plain water is allowed.
Can I request for add-on test to be done during my health screening?
A: We recommend patients consult our specialist during the health screening before purchasing an add-on test. This is to guarantee that any tests performed are appropriate for your health needs.
Can I change my appointment booking date 2 day prior to my confirmed appointment date?
A: No, all appointments are subject to availability. Please make sure you are available on your agreed booking date to prevent getting rescheduled to an inconvenient date.
The health screening package I want is unavailable online. Where can I purchase the health screening package?
